Vendors enjoy a 12 x 12 foot, pre-designated space. If you require more than 1 space, please note below. Pricing is per space and location must be verified by our committee. Electricity is NOT provided or guaranteed to any vendors. You will need to coordinate your own power supply.
Your business will be assigned space in the area that represents the best fit, but we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Current Main Street/East Lyme businesses have first refusal on space in front of their business. All applications will be reviewed by the Celebrate East Lyme committee. You will receive an acceptance letter via email at which time payment should be mailed-in to secure your space. We do our best to avoid duplication among vendors however we are not responsible for possible duplication and do not guarantee or offer exclusivity to vendors/businesses.
Please be careful on the day of the festival to set up in the correct spot or you will be asked to move. Due to scheduled street closings, setup begins promptly at 1 pm and tear-down may not begin until 9 pm.
Important Notice: Your space is reserved at the time of registration/participation request. Payment must be received prior to June 30th, 2018. All “no-show’s” will be responsible and billed for reserved space. No-shows will not be eligible to participate in the 2019 event.
There is NO rain date and there are NO refunds for vendors or sponsors.
ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors must contact Ledge Light Health District by June 30, 2018. You must submit an application to LLHD, be inspected, be issued a license and have the required trained personnel on site during Celebrate East Lyme 2018.
Inspections will be held on the day of the event and each food vendor MUST possess a valid permit from Ledge Light Health and follow the proper procedures per their instructions. We try to avoid duplication of offerings as best we can however we are not responsible for duplications. Please describe your menu in full below. (Commercially Packaged Beverages such as water, lemonade, soft drinks, etc are NOT applicable)
Fees for 2018: Fees are per space, spaces are 12’x12′.
If you require more space, you will need to purchase additional spaces.
