Wellness & Prevention Coordinator
East Lyme Youth and Family Services is seeking a responsible, organized, and passionate individual. Under the general supervision of the Director of Youth and Family Services, this individual will lead the Youth Coalition, manage the Local Prevention Council grant, provide prevention and positive youth development programs for youth, and coordinate and address the social and emotional needs of people of all ages in the communities of East Lyme and Salem. Recreation Supervisor
Under the direction of the Director of Parks and Recreation, manages and supervises the department’s public recreational, social, and cultural programs, events and facilities. Supervises the full-time Program Coordinator and has primary responsibility for programs, events, seasonal beach operations and facility scheduling. The Town of East Lyme Highway Department is looking to fill multiple positions.
- One position is for a full time benefitted Highway Maintainer 3. This position requires a CT Commerical Driver’s license. Ideally we would like someone with some construction, maintenance and/or snow plowing experience. A copy of the job description is in the Downloads section below.
- We are also looking for a seasonal employee that can work between April and October.
Both the full time Highway Maintainer 3 and the seasonal positions are 40 hours per week (Monday thru Friday – 7:00AM to 3:30PM)
We are looking for people that interested in working a wide variety of work assignments, willing to learn, are reliable team players and are excited to work in this field.
