Request for Bids – Niantic and Pattagansett Pump House Roof Replacement
Sealed bids will be received at the East Lyme Town Hall at 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT until
2:00PM on Friday April 17th, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. This bid
advertisement entails replacing the roofs at the East Lyme Niantic Pump House located at 141 Main St,
Niantic & the East Lyme Pattagansett Pump House located at 32A West Main Street, Niantic. The
Instructions to Bidders, Contract Terms & Conditions, Technical Specifications and Plans along with the
Bid Form can be found in the Downloads section below.

There will be a pre-bid meeting at the site on Wednesday April 1st, 2026 at 10:00AM to be able to examine
the site and ask any questions that the bidders may have. The site visits will begin at the East Lyme Niantic
Pump House located at 141 Main St, Niantic. This is the only time that the contractor will be allowed on
the roof before the bid opening. Any questions not asked at the pre-bid meeting need to be emailed to
PublicWorks@eltownhall.com by 4:00PM.

Request for Bids – Plants Dam Rehabilitation/ Reconstruction
The Town of East Lyme is requesting bids for a CT DEEP STEAP Funded Project (No. DEPA00028201402). The rehabilitation and reconstruction of an existing concrete dam (CT Dam ID#4520), known as Plants Dam, located at 475 Boston Post Road (Route 1) in East Lyme, Connecticut. Sealed bids will be received by the Town’s Engineering Office, 108 Pennsylvania Avenue, Niantic CT, 06357 until 10:00AM, Friday, April 10, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Request for Proposals – Municipal Brownfield Grant Program
The Town of East Lyme is requesting proposals for a brownfield assessment of the old town police
