Human Resource Coordinator
An opening exists in the Town of East Lyme Finance Office for the position of Human Resource Coordinator. Interested persons may inquire and pick up an application and full job description at the Human Resources Office in Town Hall.
The work is of a highly responsible, complex, and confidential nature in support of the Town’s personnel administration including employee benefits, coordination of testing, training, and professional development, management of the HR database & personnel files, processing of personnel actions, compliance reporting and preparation of statistical & narrative reports, and related work as required. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, or Public Administration with three years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge. This is a twenty hour per week position.
