Please be advised that after a delinquency letter was mailed previously and a door hanger was placed on the front door of delinquent residences, the East Lyme Water Department will begin turning off customers who have not yet paid their bill.
If you received a doorhanger last week and have not made a payment either online or in person at Town Hall, you will be shut off and will be charged a $145 non-payment fee. Payments can be made online or by paying in person. We accept payment plans for customers that are experiencing hardship, but we cannot help you if we do not hear from you. Please make every effort to pay your bill today.
