2026 Real Property Revaluation RFP
The Town of East Lyme, Connecticut is undertaking a program to revalue all Real Property, effective October 1, 2026. Contractors interested in providing the Revaluation Services set forth in the attached Specifications are invited to deliver two hard copies and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive to the Town of East Lyme, Finance Department, 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, CT 06357 no later than 11:00AM, October 3, 2025 at which time and place such proposals will be opened and read. All proposals shall be sealed, addressed to Mitchell Nixon, Purchasing Agent, and marked: “East Lyme, Connecticut Proposals for FY2026 Revaluation Services”.
