Come on! Kick up your heels and shake off those mid-winter blues and join us for the 11th Annual O’Niantic 5K Run, Walk, Jig or Jog. This Niantic, East Lyme event is considered by many a moving party and will take participants through the quaint village of Niantic and its beautiful beachfront. You’ll fall in love with this 5K race and the post race food all charmed with a little o’luck of the Irish.

The “Wee Mile” (1/4 mile, ½ mile or 1-mile) for kids ages 2 – 11. Post-race beer and Irish chili party at Smarty’s Restaurant. Awards for best costumes!

Please bring nonperishable food items to benefit the Gemma Moran/United Way Food Bank.

So, don’t pay any attention to the thermometer – lace up those shoes and be on the starting line on Saturday, March 17th beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The run will start and end on Methodist St., Niantic CT.
