Many East Lyme homes and businesses town are equipped with Burglar and Fire Alarms. We would like to make sure your information is up-to-date at our Dispatch Center. If you are new to town and activated a home security system, if you’ve just installed a new alarm system or are a business owner in town with an alarm system in place we recommend that you update the Dispatch Center with current key holder and primary contact information.
Key Holder refers to any person whose name appears on the alarm registration form as a key holder or is designated in writing by the alarm owner or user to respond to the premises of alarm activation when requested by the Police Department or Fire Department (e.g Reset system, gain entry, etc.).
The information you provide is kept on a secure server not connected to the Internet and is housed at the Dispatch Center.
