Planning Commission Notice Registry
Pursuant to Public Act 06-80, the East Lyme Planning Commission has established a Notice Registry on which landowners, electors and nonprofit organizations may place their name if they want to receive advance notice of public hearings for proposed changes to the Subdivision Regulations or Plan of Conservation and Development initiated by the Planning Commission. Any landowner, elector or nonprofit organization wishing to place their name on such a registry must submit their request in writing on a form available in the Land Use Office at Town Hall and below. Names and addresses will remain on the registry for a period of three years, after which registration can be renewed for successive three-year periods.
