We want to hear from YOU!
East Lyme’s Plan of Conservation & Development is a guiding document that provides long-term planning for the town. As required by Connecticut State Statute, it must be updated at least once every ten years.
The Plan of Conservation & Development Steering Committee is in the process of updating the plan to submit by late 2020 and would like your feedback. Please visit the link below for a ten minute questionnaire to provide feedback and share your thoughts and ideas.
The most recent Plan of Conservation and Development (2009) is available at ELTownHall.com on the Planning Department page. The plan is overseen by the Planning Commission and a minimum of two public hearings will be held prior to adoption of the updated plan.
