Open to all ages and abilities. Meet at the Darrow Pond Goodwin Trailhead, 16 Mostowy Road, East Lyme, CT. This is an easy to moderate 5-mile hike along a portion of the Goodwin Trail running between Darrow’s Pond and Grassy Hill Road.
