The Town of East Lyme Board of Assessment Appeals will hold informal hearings March 2025 for appeals to the assessments for the October 1, 2024 Grand List and Supplemental Motor Vehicle for the October 1, 2023 Grand List As per Connecticut Statutes, appeals must be submitted in writing by February 20, 2025. The Board of Assessment Appeals, without the timely submission of the completed form. cannot hear the appeal. The Board will hold meetings by appointment only.

Appeal petition forms are available on the Board Assessments page and in the Assessor’s Office, 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic during normal business hours Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Fridays, 8:00AM to 11:30AM (except holidays).
