Stormwater Management Plan

In accordance with the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 General Permit) Issued January 20, 2016, and Effective July 1, 2017, the Town of East Lyme has complied with Section 4(d)(2) of the general permit by making its Stormwater Management Plan (Plan) available, electronically and at a publicly available location, for public review and comment at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of the general permit.
The Plan is publicly accessible on the web (www.eltownhall.com) and in the Engineering Department located on the Lower Level of Town Hall at 108 Pennsylvania Avenue.
The public notice will allow for a 30-day comment period, at a minimum. Public comments may be directed to:
