Paper Registration Form
- The Program Registration Form is only required for mail-in registration. In-Person registration at the Parks & Recreation office does not require the Program Registration Form.
- In order to register for any trips or programs, a completed registration form is required. The paper registration form can be downloaded using the link at the bottom of this page.
- Unless otherwise noted, checks are to be made out to the Town of East Lyme.
- Registration forms with payment can be mailed to the East Lyme Parks and Recreation, 41 Society Road, Niantic, CT 06357.

Online Registration
Effective May 1st, 2019 our department has upgraded software systems to better serve the patrons of East Lyme. You will need to create an account in order to register online, you can get started by clicking the following link, and then the “create account” button.
