We are pleased to announce that the Permits and Instructional Handouts are available on line.  Print desired material, if you have any questions please call or come into the OFFICE located at The Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Ave. Niantic.

The following are Permits and Handouts available that can be printed by using the ACROBAT reader program.  If you do not have the acrobat program (CLICK HERE ) and follow the instructions to obtain a free copy of the ACROBAT READER program:

1. Click on the desired Permit or Handout, Acrobat Reader will startup.

2. Press the print button on the ACROBAT READER TOOLBAR.

3. Print the form fill it out (black ink) and return to the Building Department with "required supporting documentation".
